No. The Ember Trail Project is not a replacement for professional therapy, medical care, or licensed mental health treatment. While we create supportive space, we encourage anyone navigating trauma or mental health challenges to seek appropriate professional support.

Are events free?

Participation & Liability
All participants attend events voluntarily and assume responsibility for their own safety and preparedness. A full participation acknowledgment may be required prior to select events.
Weather Policy
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. If an event must be postponed due to unsafe or severe weather, the scheduled weather date will be the following day.
